Where is Bikecomponents.ca from?
We’re Canadian company located in Waterloo, Ontario. If you’re trying to get in touch, and we don’t immediately get back to you, we’re probably out riding the local trails.
Is the item I’m ordering in stock?
If you can add it to the cart, it is in stock. In the unlikely event that something you order ends up being unavailable, we will immediately contact you with options, including a full refund. Bikes, frame and some wheel-sets may require more shipping lead time, pleasecontact usto confirm before ordering if you're in a hurry.
Are your products covered by warranty?
Yes, each product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. On rare occasion an item you receive just doesn’t stand up to the manufacturer's specifications, whether its a defect in materials and workmanship, or something just isn't up to spec, let us know. We take great pride in working with some of the world's leading brands which stand behind their products and will be more than happy to help you with any warranty issues.
How much is shipping?
Orders over $150 (with some exceptions) ship FREE! Shipping rates for orders under $150 are calculated at checkout and you can choose from various rates and services from Canada Post, Purolator or UPS.
How do you ship?
We ship with Canada Post, Purolator & UPS. Orders which qualify for FREE shipping typically ship with Canada Post as an Expedited Parcel, but may also ship with UPS or Purolator.
How long before my order ships?
Most component orders are verified, processed, packed, and shipped out within 1-2 business days. Bikes, frame and some wheel-sets may require more shipping lead time, please contact us to confirm before ordering if you're in a hurry.
Where do you ship from?
We're based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, and most orders are shipped from our Waterloo warehouse. Some orders may also ship directly from one of our suppliers in Toronto, Montreal or Squamish.
Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes, you will receive an email as soon as you order is shipped. This will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order so please ensure its correct.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number. This will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order so please ensure its correct.
What is your return policy?
Bikecomponents.ca offers a 30-day return policy on all new items. Items MUST be in their original packaging and in the same NEW conditions as you received them. You can find our complete Return Policy HERE. We make it really easy and simple.
How can I return my order?
To start a return, submit product return request directly on our site, contact us or email us at hello@bikecomponents.ca. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how ship the item(s) back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.
