We’re a new but scrappy and dynamically growing Canadian company located in Waterloo, Ontario. If you’re trying to get in touch, and we don’t immediately get back to you, we’re probably out riding the local Hydro Cut trails.
Is the item I’m ordering in stock?
If you can add to the cart, then yes, it is in stock and available for immediate shipping. In the unlikely event that something you order ends up being unavailable, we will contact you with options, including a full refund, immediately.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by item and order. Most orders have a flat shipping rate of $16.95, but orders over $150 ship FREE!
What countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship to Canada & USA.
Who do you ship with?
The standard shipping method is Canada Post Expedited Parcel, this also applies in orders that qualify for free shipping. For Canada Post Expedited Parcels the estimated delivery time to most destinations in Canada is 2-9 business days from the time of pickup from our warehouse. Xpresspost and UPS Express are also available if you're looking to have your order faster. For Canada Post Xpresspost the estimated delivery time to most destinations in Canada is 2-4 business days from the time of pickup from our warehouse. UPS Express has an estimated time for 1-2 business days.
How long before my order ships?
Most orders are verified, processed, packed, and shipped out within 1-2 business days. “Business days” are defined as Monday to Friday, except for legal holidays. Bike shipping lead times are slightly longer, please call or drop us a line to confirm.
Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes, you will receive an email as soon as you order is shipped. This will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order so please ensure its correct.
Where do you ship from?
We're based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, and orders are shipped from our Waterloo warehouse.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number.
How long until I have my order?
Most customers in Canada & US will have their order in-hand within 2-9 business days or less. Some orders and delivery regions may take up to 15 business days.
Do you offer local pickup?
Unfortunately, at this point we don’t offer local pickup. We do offer free shipping on orders over $150.
My Shimano parts didn’t include a retail box. Why?
For some Shimano products the original packaging is not included, it's often very large and bulky. This significantly reduces package sizes (and to some extent, weight), reducing shipping costs.
