The original SDG Tellis earned its reputation as a workhorse. The all new SGD Tellis V2 is that workhorse, refined. After six years of rider feedback, listening, learning, and testing, SDG elevated the design so you can feel the difference on every ride.
Durability is the cornerstone of the Tellis V2 design. With IGUS bushings, a sealed Wintek cartridge, and a Trelleborg main seal, the Tellis V2 all but eliminates the maintenance headaches common to other posts. Fewer moving parts mean fewer failure points—plain and simple.
The Tellis V2 debuts a patent-pending, low-stack head that sits 10mm lower than the original, plus convenient side-access bolts. A 3D-forged head within the I-Beam cradle pairs with a stouter 26mm stanchion to boost stiffness, extend overall durability, and reduce overlap.
An upgraded polycarbonate keyway now adds lower copper shims to further harden wear zones and keep head play in check, while preserving that trademark smooth stroke.
To dial in fit, simple travel-adjust shims (5, 10, or 20mm) come in the box. Use them to trim travel for an optimal setup right out of the gate.
