Every dimension of this saddle was shaped by that priority. It's compact by design, just 236mm long and 120mm wide, so it never interferes when you're moving around the bike through rough terrain or off the back for a drop. 360-degree edge padding wraps the perimeter to guide and protect your legs against the saddle, reducing the bruising that comes from repeated contact during hard riding. The rear is cut short and flat specifically to maximize tire clearance when the rear suspension fully compresses, a detail that matters even more on smaller 29er frames running a low saddle height. It's not built for prolonged sitting, but Ergon still added just enough padding on top to keep short seated transfers comfortable when you do need to sit and pedal.
