The 2025 Maxxis Dissector returns with big gains in control, cornering, and braking. Enlarged side knobs create a bigger contact patch for added grip and stability, especially on hardpack. The center tread keeps its fast 2-3-2 pattern but now uses split center lugs to boost braking bite and conform to uneven terrain. Transition knobs are pushed farther out to deliver smoother, more predictable cornering support.
Run it up front on 130–140 mm trail bikes, or as a speedy rear on 150 mm+ builds in dry conditions. It pairs perfectly with a Forekaster or Rekon for a well-balanced setup.
